Ben J. Grant Scholarship

Awarded to a sophomore, junior, senior in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications. This scholarship was established by the late Ben J. Grant, who retired to Hilton Head Island in 1975. Mr. Grant’s career in journalism spanned more than 43 years and included 29 years with U.S. News and World Report where he served as managing editor from 1967 to 1970.
