Mary Frances Griffin/SCASL Scholarship
SLIS student(s) seeking MLIS and NCATE certification in School Library Media. Must be legal resident of SC and must display outstanding past academic performance as well as demonstrated motivation and potential for professional services. Preference to underrepresented groups. Applicants must submit essay discussing (1) applicant’s vision for the role played by the SLM specialist in the overall academic success of students and (2) applicant’s reason for seeking this certification track.
