William T. Howell Scholarship Fund

The William T. Howell Scholarship was created in March 2000 by the Colleton County Bar Association to honor retired South Carolina Court of Appeals Judge William T. Howell. Preference given to a graduate of Clemson University who has enrolled as a first year student at the School of Law, with consideration to financial need.
