William L. Bethea, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund

The William L. Bethea, Jr. Scholarship was created in June 2002 by Paula Harper Bethea, wife of William L. Bethea, Jr., in his honor. Mr. Bethea is a 1969 graduate of the School of Law. The Scholarship is awarded with preference to a graduate of Newberry College with an excellent grade-point average, not lower than a 3.0. If there are no qualified candidates, preference will be given to a graduate of Presbyterian College.
