Senator Marshall B Williams
The Senator Marshall B. Williams Scholarship was created I his memory by his wife, Mrs. Margaret S. Williams. Senator Marshall B. Williams, a 1936 School of Law graduate, served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1947-1952 and in the South Carolina Senate from 1953-1995. The Scholarship is awarded to a student who exhibits academic excellence and who demonstrates financial need, with preference to students from Orangeburg County.
