Paul A. Cooper Memorial

The Paul A. Cooper Memorial Legal Scholarship was created in 1960 by Mrs. Margaret H. Cooper, widow of the late Paul Anderson Cooper. Mr. Cooper received his law degree in 1913 and practiced law until his death in 1956. The Scholarship is awarded to a worthy law student who demonstrates financial need.
