Judge Randall T. Bell Scholarship Fund

This scholarship created July 1998 by friends of the late Judge Randall T. Bell (1945-1994). Judge Bell was a law professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law from 1973-1980. He also served as judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and later as an Associate Justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. The Scholarship is awarded based on academic qualifications and financial need.
