Dewitt Pate Jacobs Scholarship Fund

The annual distribution from the Donor shall be awarded in its entirety. Decisions shall be based on merit and financial need by the School of Law Selection Committee. As part of their scholarship awards, recipients are required to write appreciation letters to the Donor. These letters must be submitted to the attention of the W. Rudolph and Helen Carter Foundation, BB&T Vice President for Wealth Management, P. O. Box 1465, Wilson, NC 27894-1465.
